Your new set arrives
A complete replacement media set ships automatically before your current set expires. You get an email 7 days before anything is billed.
Swap the cartridges
Write the change date on the new cartridges, twist off the old cartridges and twist on the new ones.
Flush and enjoy
Perform the flush procedure as per the change guide and you're good to go for another 12 months.
