The agreement

These terms govern purchases from Kangen Prefilters. Placing an order or reservation means you accept them. Nothing in them limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.

Subscription terms

• Your first payment covers the system hardware, install kit and the first 12 months of filter media.
• The subscription then renews annually; a replacement filter set ships with each renewal.
• We email you 7 days before every renewal charge with the amount, date and a manage link.
• You can cancel anytime before a renewal; the hardware is yours to keep regardless.

Reservations

Reserving a system costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. It holds your place and gets you notified the moment checkout opens.

Product claims

Contaminant-reduction figures are based on filtration-media test data under standard test conditions; real-world performance depends on source water, flow rate and usage. Our systems are water filtration products, not medical devices, and no statement on this site is health or medical advice.

Trademarks

Kangen Water® is a registered trademark of Enagic Co., Ltd. Kangen Prefilters is an independent company, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Enagic. Product names are used solely to describe compatibility.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Always install per the supplied instructions; see the warranty for pressure and installation requirements.
