We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Your currency (AUD/USD) can be switched in the top bar; the checkout confirms the final amount before anything is billed.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Australia: dispatched within 2 business days; delivery typically 3–7 business days.
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
• USA / Canada / UK: 7–14 business days, tracked.

Every order ships tracked. You get the tracking link by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Annual filter sets

Replacement filter sets ship automatically each year, timed to arrive before your current media expires. You receive an email 7 days before the renewal is billed, with a one-click link to delay or redirect the shipment.

Shipping cost

Shipping for the initial system and for annual filter sets is included in the listed price for Australia. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
