Installation
How it installs.
Tees off the cold water feed under the sink through a pressure limiting valve, and mounts to the cabinet wall on the stainless steel bracket, feeding your machine via a flow control faucet and the hosing supplied. Because of legal requirements in many states we recommend professional installation by a certified plumber. The complete job should take under an hour, and competent DIYers can do the work where permitted by law.

Once a year
The annual filter swap, step by step.
Your new set arrives
A complete replacement media set ships automatically before your current set expires. You get an email 7 days before anything is billed.
Shut off the inlet valve
Turn off the water at the supply point and open the faucet to release the pressure from the line.
Swap the cartridges
Write the change date on the new cartridges, twist off the old cartridges and twist in the new ones. The install video walks you through it all in under five minutes.
Flush and enjoy
Perform the flush procedure as per the change guide and you're good to go for another 12 months.
